Known for its antique monuments and for the beauty of its streets rich in history, the capital of Italy is unfortunately too the capital of traffic! Parking in Rome is a real nightmare and moving from one part of the city to another can become an odyssey. What makes it even more complicated are the different Limited Traffic Zones which, with the aim of reducing the city's pollution levels and increasing the awareness of residents and tourists of the use of public transport, extend over 4.2 km2 from the city centre to the outskirts.

The ZTL of the City of Rome is composed of 3 main areas: Fascia Verde, Anello Ferroviario e Centro Storico. The Historic Centre includes 5 other zones: Centro, Trastevere, Tridente, San Lorenzo and Testaccio.
