Príncipe de Asturias - Alcalá car park, located in the Lista district, near the confluence of Alcalá and Francisco Silvela streets, is close to the Wizink Center (the Sports Palace of the Community of Madrid). It is therefore the ideal car park if you wish to attend a sporting or musical event, or any of the activities of all kinds that take place there.
The car park is also only a 10-minute walk from the Plaza de las Ventas and the Gregorio Marañón Hospital.
Easily accessible from the M-30, it is well served by public transport thanks to the Manuel Becerra (L2 and L6) and Lista (L4) metro stations.
Madrid 360 Low Emission Zone is a restricted area where vehicles without an environmental label cannot circulate. You can only access it if your vehicle has a 0, Eco, B or C label. If you go to the ZBEDEP Distrito Centro or Plaza Elíptica on your arrival the car park will manage the authorization to enter and leave the car park without being fined.
Please note:
- High pollution protocols may also affect the transit of vehicles with labels B and C.
- From January 1st 2023 vehicles without an environmental label will not be allowed to circulate on the M30 and from January 1st 2024 they will be banned from the entire municipal territory of Madrid.
