1Find your car park at the best price and location
You can select a city or search by address, hotel name, turistic place, etc. Then, select some dates and we will show you the booking price so you can compare between car parks.
2Book now and ensure your spot
Once you choose the most convenient car park, you can pay using a credit/debit card. After the payment is confirmed, we will send a voucher to your e-mail with a reservation code.
3Show your voucher at the car park and enjoy
When you arrive to the car park, show your reservation code to the employee (we recommend you bring it prited out). Should you find an access barrier, retrieve the ticket as usual and hand it to the employee once you have entered, showing him or her your reservation voucher. At the car park they will let you know how you are to get in and out during your stay.

1. How can I book a parking space?
Through our website, following the steps we indicate. Select the date and time of arrival and departure. Indicate the city, address or area where you want to park and press "Search".
We will show you a list of the closest parkings and the prices for the selected period. Pick the parking that best fits your needs, make your reservation and your payment. You will receive by email the confirmation of your reservation with all the necessary details. Your parking space will be waiting for you.
2. What methods of payment can I use?
You can pay by credit card or IUPay. We accept the following credit or debit cards: Master Card or Visa.
If you pay by credit card, you should know that we use safe means of payment through the payment platform of Caixa Bank. Probably your bank will check your identity when you introduce your credit card, sending you an SMS or doing it the way they usually do when buying through the Internet.
3. What should I do when I get to the parking?
If there is a barrier, to open it when entering to the parking, you have to collect the ticket. Then you go to the control cabinet and you show the operator the mail with the confirmation of the reservation that we sent you by email after having made your reservation.
The parking employee will inform you of how to get in and out of the parking during your stay and, if necessary, he will give you the means to do it. If there is not a barrier, you have to go directly to the control cabinet of the parking.
4. Can I get in and out freely?
Yes, you can get in and out as many times as you want during your stay. The parking' employee will indicate you how to do it and, if necessary, he will give you the necessary means to do so.
5. Do I have to bring the booking confirmation printed?
You can bring it printed in paper or you can show it from your mobile phone. We recommend you to bring it in paper just in case there is a problem with your mobile phone.
6. Are the Parkimeter parkings safe?
All our parkings are provided with surveillance and security measures. To park with Parkimeter is completely safe.
7. Can I park my motorbike in the Parkimeter parkings?
Yes, you can park your motorbike in our parkings. Take into account that the bills in our website are for 4 wheel vehicles with standard measures. If you need to park your motorbike, van, caravan or truck contact with us through email email@example.com and we will help you to make the reservation.
8. Can I use Parkimeter to search a parking space for my caravan or big car?
We have some parkings in our network that allow caravans, and the big majority also allow big cars. However, not all of our parkings allow such vehicles. Indicate us through the email firstname.lastname@example.org the measures of your vehicle (height, length and width) and we'll show you what parkings accept your vehicle.
9. I have to take a cruise from the Barcelona Harbour, where can I park my car?
From the parkings we have near to the Barcelona Harbour it is quite easy to access the boarding stations by taxi and in some cases by public transports.
10. Can I cancel my reservation?
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, we just need you to tell us 24 hours before the arrival date and time to the parking shown in the reservation. You will receive a confirmation email when we have done it.
We will refund you the 100% of the stay price. **Management fees will not be refunded**.
The amount will be refunded to the same mean of payment you used: You will receive a transfer to the same credit/debit card with which you made the payment.
Take into account that the refunds are reflected in your accounts during the period that your financial entity needs to do the whole process and that depends on your bank, but is usually one or two days.
11. How can I cancel a reservation?
To cancel a reservation, you should use the cancellation link provided in the booking confirmation email.
12. How can I modify my reservation?
To modify your reservation, send us an email to email@example.com telling us about what you want to change. Depending on each situation we'll tell you which is the best way to proceed.
13. How can I extend my stay in the parking?
To extend your stay, if you are already in the parking, you have to talk to the parking employee to inform him about it and you will have to pay him the difference. If you haven't arrived to the parking yet, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us about the new dates and times you plan to arrive and leave the parking, and we will indicate you if it is possible to do an online payment or if you have to pay the difference directly to the parking.

15. What do I have to do if an unexpected situation happens in the parking
Don't worry, we take care of solving any problem with your reservation. You can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
16. Do I have an assured parking space?
Yes, if you book with Parkimeter you will have an assured parking space available for you when you arrive to the parking.
17. Do I have to pay any amount to the parking employee?
When you make your reservation you have already paid the 100% of the amount, so you do not have to pay anything else to the parking unless you decide to extend your stay or to request any other additional service provided by the parking.
18. What can I do if I haven't received the booking confirmation?
If you have made your payment and received your payment confirmation from your financial entity during the process, you should receive, in a few minutes, an e-mail from Parkimeter with the booking confirmation with all its details.
If you do not receive this e-mail, look into your SPAM folder. If you don't find the e-mail after one hour, send us an e-mail to email@example.com. We will solve it.
19. What can I do if I have problems during the payment process?
If you have problems when making the payment with a credit card, try to use another one. You should know we use save payment means through La Caixa payment platform.
Your bank might check your identity when introducing your credit card, sending you an SMS or doing it the way they usually do when you buy through the Internet.
